ROASTED CORN PIZZA
Our vegetarian handmade roasted corn pizza has our own sweet non GMO roasted corn, artichoke hearts, sliced peppers and a generous portion of cheese.
SOLD FROZEN - pizza can be pre-baked if you wish to enjoy it right away, simply select ‘BAKED’ from the drop down menu.
This Pizza is also available with a Gluten Friendly Crust - please be aware we make this in a facility that handles regular flour and cross contamination is always possible - we do not recommend this pizza for those who are celiac.
This pizza is definitely a farm favourite and is sold frozen in the Market freezers to be bake at home. You can also order pre-baked pizzas from the Estate Winery year round, or from the Porch in the summer months.

Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Bake from frozen 20 minutes, then remove from oven and cut into 4 pieces.
Bake another 20 minutes - keeping a good eye on it so it doesn't burn

Pizza Shell is from Little Northern Bakehouse 10” Gluten Free Artisan Style Pizza Crust. Ingredients: Water, Gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, modified tapioca starch, chickpea flour), Sunflower oil, Sugars (cane sugar), Whole and Ground flax seed, Vinegar, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan gum, Spices.
