ALL BUS GROUPS........seniors, children, special needs, require RESERVATIONS.
We will have to turn away all buses arriving without reservations as we can only accommodate TWO PRE-BOOKED bus groups/tours per day.
Please Note: Only TWO group tours may be scheduled per day, MONDAY - FRIDAY, between 12 Noon and 5pm.
We, at Krause Berry Farms want to do our best to make your group's visit here a great experience!
So we have a few things in place to ensure that this happens. Here are a few;
1. Your group will have a designated place to park. Our main entrance into the parking lot does not accommodate small or large buses as there is not sufficient room for them to manuever or turn around. So it is VERY IMPORTANT that your parking is pre-arranged.
2. When you make a reservation, it will be confirmed by Krause Berry Farms and we would ask that you please have your tour co-ordinator call our farm 604-856-5757 15 minutes ahead of arrival.
3. As pre-arranged, there will be a staff member to meet your bus. Please have everyone remain on the bus for the Krause Berry Farm staff member to welcome your group and answer any questions and explain about the meeting place for the tour.
At this time, the staff will also explain where the check out is to be set up for your tour. This will help to make sure everyone in the group is taken care of in a timely fashion.
The staff member will then hand out the containers for the picking tours OR the vouchers for the food tours.
4. If all purchase orders are co-ordinated onto 1 list and presented to the 1 staff member at the checkout counter, there will be a 10% discount on the total purchase.
*Please remember that all tours are charged per person arriving at the berry farm.

Group visits may be booked for Monday - Friday between 12 noon - 5pm
All groups of 15 or more MUST have a CONFIRMED reservation.
All PARKING for 15 passenger vans, buses & special vans will have designated parking.
All groups - there will be a Krause Berry Farm staff member that wil meet and guide your group

It is very important that everyone follow the instructions of the staff in charge and that in no way will Krause Berry Farms, it's affiliates, or any employee be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur during any visit to our farms.
Once everyone in your group has had the above explained to them fully and they are in full agreement, please have the coordinator sign and date this form and fax to our office before the tour date. By signing, the coordinator takes full responsibility for all people in their group.l
